I am slower & can take time to digest info, so I feel sometimes it could have been helpful if some of your staff could have maybe allowed a little more time for me to process info & respond. But this is not a criticism as I was probably not as articulate & helpful. It is feedback to hopefully help you improve your already excellent service

I understand that Mr. Nathan is very busy, however, I've noticed that his clinics often overrun by quite a bit of time. This time his clinic was 40 minutes late. However nobody informed me and I was just sitting at home waiting. This is not the first time this has happened and seems to be a regular occurrence.

Call did not take place as arranged. Got a message 4 hours later as why the call did not take place after wasting part of the afternoon waiting for the call. Tried to set up another call to discuss the health issue but no reply on email or on tel call.
